DHCD Owned Homes For Sale
The Department of Housing and Community Development, State of Maryland has DHCD Owned homes for sale
throughout the State of Maryland. These homes may be purchased by Homebuyers (Owner/Occupant),
Investors, or Nonprofit Organizations.
The Department of Housing and Community Development’s owned homes for
sale are listed and sold through our two contract realtors,
ROC Realty and
Long and Foster.
These properties are being offered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability,
martial status, familial status, sexual orientation or national origin. DHCD’s current
procedure is to monitor, for a period of one year from the date of sale of a property by the
Department, any subsequent disposition of such property. Any unusual transactions
will be forwarded to the Office of the Attorney General for review.
NOTE: DHCD REO properties may qualify for special DHCD financing as low as 1%.
