a Home - Special Targeted Applicant Rehabilitation Program
(STAR) |
Purpose of Program |

The purpose of the Special Targeted Applicant Rehabilitation Program (STAR) is
to preserve and improve single-family properties. STAR is a program designed to
bring properties up to applicable building codes and standards or a minimum
housing quality standard.
|

single-family homes.

them ineligible for other CDA financing.

the maximum loan is 100 percent of the value of the property. Loans are secured
by a mortgage.
